Dear Sir,

I beg most respectfully to state that I am a student of class 9 in your school/college. My father is a petty government employee. His financial condition is not good. He is the only earning member of our family. He maintains a family consisting of six members with his poor income. He is unable to bear my educational expenses. But I want to continue my study. So, I need a financial help from the student poor fund of the school.

I would request you to kindly grant me a regular stipend from the student’s poor fund. So that I can continue my study.
