Dear Sir
This is to inform you that my father is a government officer. Recently he has been transferred from Chittagong to Dhaka. As a result our family will move to Dhaka from cittagon soon. Now it is not possible for me to stay here alone. So I need a transfer certificate from you.
I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to issue me a transfer certificate. I have cleared up my dues up to the current month.
