Dear Sir,
We, the student of class 10/11 of your school/college beg most respectfully to state that we went to go on a study tour in Rajshahi. Study tour is not only interesting but also educative.It will widen our knowledge. Through this study tour we shall be able to see what we have read in books.
It will also refresh our minds. Our English teacher has kindly consented to act our guide in this tour. This study tour will cost us taka twenty thousand. We are willing to bear half of the expenditure.
We, therefore pray and hope that you would be kind enough to permit us to go on the study tour and sanction us taka ten thousand.
