Subject : prayer for increasing facilities in the common room
Dear Sir
We, the student of your school and college beg most respectfully to state that there is a common room in our school and college but facilities in the common room are not sufficient to meet up our demand. There are no facilities for reading newspapers and playing indoor games in the common room.
Many students pass their time in the common room only by talking and gossiping among themselves. So we need to dailies and two sets carom boards and a table tennis in our common room. We also need two fans, some chairs and two sets of chess boards in the common room.
We therefore, request you take necessary steps to increase our common room facilities as soon as possible.
