Dear Sir
This is inform you that we went to go on an exclusion to the sundarban. It is one of the biggest mangrove forest in the world and world heritage site. Excursion is not only interesting but also educative. It will widen our knowledge. Though this is exclusion we shall be able to see what we have read in books. It also will refresh our minds.
Our English teacher has kindly consented to act as our guide in this tour. This exclusion will cost us taka twenty thousand. We are willing to bear half of the expenditures.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to permits us to go on these exclusion and sanction us ten thousand taka.
