Subject : Prayer for set up English language club.

Dear Sir

This is to inform you that we are keenly interested in spoken English. But there is no English language club in our school & college. We feel the necessity of improvement in our spoken English. We believe that a suitable atmosphere is needed to enable all students to practise conversation in English.

So, we went to set up an English language club. We know that an English language club is very helpful for developing the skills of speaking English. This club will help us learn and practise English. Our English teachers have kindly consented to guide us in this regard

We, would therefore requested you to permit us to set up an English language club in our school & college.
